Hope against Hope: Romans 4

One of my favorite chapters in the Bible is Romans 4. In particular I love this section: Talking about Abraham and his faith, Paul writes, “In hope be believed against hope‚Ķfully convinced that God was able to do what he promised.” This is the essence of faith.
